I love the hair but £69 increase on 1 packet of nano rings is terrible.. I didn’t think the price could go up that much

First time customer who bought the 22” double hair set a few days ago but due to their silly refund policy I’m not able to return as I’ve opened them. For the £230 price, the quality is not up to par and the clips are very flimsy so my hair extensions were just sliding down my head all day (even with back combing). Extremely uncomfortable to wear and this is coming from someone who wears clip in extensions every day.In comparison, I have human hair extensions from Lullabellz and the clips are smaller yet stronger and will lay completely flat against your head so you can’t tell that you’re wearing extensions. And they stay in the exact same place you put them.These extensions are absolutely awful, do not waste your money. NO ONE would be buying from this brand if it wasn’t for all the celebrities on Instagram that get paid to promote it. The biggest waste of money

I returned a pack of hair extensions over a week ago for an exchange emailed to see if they had recieved return item and if my exchange had been dispatched...still waiting on response and exchange, recieved email this morning stating they are unable to give exchange despite stating on website they can and giving me the option of exchange on return process, went on website yo order the hair I wanted for the exchange and they have increased the price by over 60 pound in a matter of a week.....so basically can't give me an exchange cause they have increased their prices despite the hair I wanted to exchange being the same price when I returned item....will never buy from beuty works again! Please no one ask for exchange as they qont give you it instead they will increase the price for you to pay extra instead of giving you exchange

washed and dyed it a couple times and still feels super soft and lovely. i got the miracle spray too and i love that smells nice. so much better than another branded ponytail i had that was always tangled. this one stays soft all day and looks so good, ari vibes fr :)

I would not recommend their hair extensions. After a couple of months, the weave I had in became matted and tangled, after brushing so much a lot has fallen out and now they look awful and ratty. Not worth the £400 I spent on them. Customer service was absolutely dreadful and didn’t help me at all. Don’t waste your time or money on this ‘luxury’ brand.

I really like the product and it took about 5 days to come. But I didn’t receive any email to let me know it had been shipped or that it was on its way.

I have multiple hair stylers and cannot fault them at all. I have also order different shades of the tape extensions which have been amazing quality. The tape remover and fresh tape are both easy to use.

I recently purchased the new molly-mae straightener kit and it was £98.89 .At first i was a little on edge about the price .Now I’ve bought it I’m in love with it .It’s the best straighter I’ve ever used would definitely recommend .It works amazing with short and long hair !
